You can use this site as a resource for finding and sharing stories of Riverside Cemetery. Whether you are a western historian, a family member, or just an interested visitor, we hope that you will find this site useful and informative. More information on how you can contribute to this site is included a bit further down this page.

The Wiki

The Wiki section of this site is intended to serve as the starting point for a comprehensive 'encyclopedia' of information about Riverside, especially regarding the 65,000 souls who have found their final resting place at the cemetery. Some of the stories will be about the more well known residents, including Colorado's First Territorial Governor John Evans, Civil War Captain Silas Soule, or Clara Brown, Colorado's first African American Woman pioneer.

But more importantly, we hope that the community will use this site to tell the stories of those who are less well known, but whose stories are just as important to their families and communities.
